FRIENDS LECTURE

It is said that the icons are windows of heaven helping us to see the glimpse of eternal reality here on earth. Art, especially sacred art, has the ability of taking us beyond the ‘here and now’ opening the door of the mystery of God. In my talk I will invite you to take a walk through the spiritual layers of art, focusing on the theological tradition of Eastern iconography. A small exhibition of my private collection of Icons will help us to experience the beauty of faith.
